I'm sorry to see that there is nothing noted on your site regarding
the letter we received from the new board about 'updating' the deed
restrictions, and oh, yeah, booting off Don in the process...........
Seeing that the docks were THE major issue when this new board ran,
I find it curious that there is no mention of them at all in their
updated agenda...........
Also, I hope homeowners read the proxy attachment, not just the
cover letter due to the fact that the cover letter states they are
making these changes so that the homeowners will not have to go to all
the trouble of getting approval, but then in the body of the attachment,
it clearly states nothing can be done without the boards approval!
In addition, the proposed changes listed in the attached pages are
far more detailed then what is addressed on the cover page, which I
find misleading. But then again that's nothing new here in Palmetto
Pines folks, just the same old story.

Don,
I want you to know that I support you 100% in your current legal battle with the PALMETTO PINES HOA.
I, like you, have been concerned for quite sometime now, that this Association has never had legal authority to enforce deed restrictions, let alone introduce new "petty Rules & Regulations". There is a very real possibility that all current and past law suits that have been brought against home owners, have been TOTALLY UNLAWFUL. The time has come to make this public. Also, I think that the time has come to litigate this in a court of law and let the "chips fall where they may".
Before this present Board was elected, I know that all candidates, except for two, were aware of this possibility. What has happened to change that thinking?
As you and this "New Board" are well aware, I have dumped a lot of money and a lot of effort into overthrowing the "Old Board", and I will NOT stand, idly by, and watch Jack Knight and his buddies come waltzing back onto the Board so that they can start their bulls--t all over again!
If this Association has no power to enforce deed restrictions, then we want the world to know it. We, also, want to hold them accountable for the unnecessary, misery that they have heaped on our neighbors for the past 20 + years. And, after all is said and done, we want to make sure that this Association ends up being legitimate.
You have my permission to publish this letter on your choice of web sites.
Sincerely,
Domenic Mucciacciaro
