The final disposition of the Wrabel case was taken out of public records in West Palm Beach. It was dismissed on June 2, 1997 after mediation. The settlement was as follows: The Defendant has maintained a pickup truck at the property described as 10810 Eureka Street, Boca Raton Florida. On or before November 20, 1997, the Defendant will come into full compliance with Article 23 of the Declaration of Restrictions of Palmetto Pines as well as all provisions of the Declaration of Restrictions. In the event the Defendant replaces the pickup truck, said replacement shall only be an automobile, noncommercial van or sport utility vehicle such as a Ford Bronco.
Each party shall bear their own costs and attorneys fees. The Court shall retain jurisdiction of this action for purposes of enforcement of its terms and the imposition of sanctions.
The content of this memorandum of settlement shall be kept confidential and neither party may reveal the terms in any court proceeding except for purposes of enforcement. There is no admission of liability by either party.
